Designed to prepare students for employment
as air conditioning, heating and refrigeration technicians,
the Heating Ventilation, Air Conditioning programs
provide training in the testing, servicing and maintenance
of commercial,
industrial, and residential climate control equipment.The program
includes work on equipment ranging from small room air conditioners
to larger, central air conditioning units, commercial freezers
and refrigerators, and heating technologies (including active
and passive solar equipment).The Facilities Management Technology programs offer
studies in all aspects of the maintenance of residential and
commercial buildings. With "hands-on" laboratory studies
in HVAC, plumbing, electricity and carpentry graduates can
work as building maintenance mechanics. The Climate Control
